Meet John Espinoza
John graduated from Yellow Medicine East HS in 2015 and went on to attend 2 years of college at Alexandria Tech for Law enforcement, graduating with a AAS Law Enforcement degree.
While attending college John spent his summers and holidays working in industrial companies as a millwright apprentice.
In 2017 John put his skills to the test and became a combo welder and pipe fitter.
In 2017 John also became a full time licensed patrol officer for the city of Marshall MN where he spent over 4 years working at the department.
John’s ambitions didn’t stop there, John stayed engaged with industrial construction still and acquired his Class A CDL and NCCCO Swing Cab certification and later a fixed cab certification.
John continued growing a career in industrial construction becoming a Project Manager and QC manager.
Today, John has a nearly a decade of experience in Pipefitting, Combo Welding, Project Management, Millwright and Mechanical Maintenance, Quality Control, carries a Class A CDL, and NCCCO certs for swing and fixed cab.
Meet
Arnoldo Espinoza
Arnoldo was born and raised in Guatemala
Arnoldo learned morse code in his teenage years sending telegrams for the local post office.
Arnoldo applied his skills and became a Sgt Major in the Guatemalan army in his 20s.
Arnoldo came to the USA in the 1980s and began his career in industrial construction as an oiler during the expansion of MN Corn Processors in Marshall MN.
Arnoldo continued to learn more and more skills working for other contractors learning to be a HPP Pipe fitter, Combo welder, Site Superintendent, Millwright, and Iron worker.
Today, Arnoldo is a seasoned craftsman in various trades with decades of experience and knowledge in all things mechanical and piping!
